When we first met with Pura Vida, they were having significant Amazon challenges. They had a few listings up on Amazon, and the content simply mirrored their website with a minimal copy. In addition, they were facing account suspension for their poor account health score, since late shipments on Amazon orders were a problem. The brand was having tremendous success in its dot com business, but it was not translating to Amazon at all. With no internal Amazon resources, the brand was struggling to gain traction.
